LC-MS-based Metabolomics: Workflows, Strategies and Challenges 

I know it this has been more than 5 years, but thank you for the presentation and making it available here in RU-vid. I'm starting to learn more about this stuff and this presentation really helped with the basics.

LC-MS technology plays very crucial role in metabolomics and other biological fields. Conversely, metabolic profiling can give an instantaneous snapshot of the physiology of that cell. One of the challenges of systems biology and functional genomics is to integrate proteomic, transcriptomic, and metabolomic information to provide a better understanding of cellular biology.
