The part from 0:43 till the end is not original, as I arranged it.
The chord sequence is made up of F# and C# major sevenths. Major sevenths are used in most of k's works for yume nikki fangames, and turns out they are the most effective.

This doesn't get the appreciation it deserves. Not only did you cover all the piece's voices from the melody to the arpeggiation, not only did you include the original's chord pattern in the bass after that, but you included the key switch that plays inside the rooms. You can tell such effort and care was put into this, beautiful job.
