Thanks Hermanth. No I do not have any video to do integration with ticketing system. Do you have any suggestion for the ticket system which I can download to give it a try in my Lab?

@@NetSec Basically the requirements when user logins to PVWA and then select connect button, and provide required details like reason , Target address. Here along with that user has to provide thr Ticket #. Now by integrating ticketing system validate the ticket by the input given by the user (like ticket is correct and it has been approved and it's under validation time or days). If all matches then user will able to connect to target machine.

Bind user account is one of your AD user accounts which can read the users from your AD.

I believe so. You can edit your mapping to update those settings.
