I have a 2001 Convoy Bus...always. liked the look of them.. my on is an Ex bus,,,it is used as a Day van and has a 10 ft Ramp for porting my motorcycle on long trips not as brisk as modern Vans but is happy at 55-66 Mph every trip is an adventure..
i have a Convoy which is similarly rotten to yours before work, if you have any pointers i would appreciate it. interestingly it seems mine has gone in all the same places, like the chassis above the shocks (where mysteriously the rest of the frame is fine), the front wheel arches and floor which are _GONE_ and the side panels just in front of the rear wheels, as well as many scattered holes and patches of roof seam.
Sounds about right, it's qui9 bad how they rot, most rot in the same places but others can be a lot worse, just depends where they've been used/stored etc The rear chassis ovten goes as its double skinned inside where the shocks are so water gets in and rust forms between the panels until it either bulges out or holes though
