4 pieces of paprika
5 pcs tomato
3 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 slices of bacon
2 spoons of lard
3 sausages
6 eggs
ground red pepper, salt, black pepper
Cut bacon, sausage, garlic, onion, pepper, tomatoes.
Add lard and bacon to a heated pan and fry.
Add the sausage, fry for about 3 minutes and remove from the pan into a bowl.
Add fried onion, green pepper and ground red pepper to the pastry.
Fry for about 3 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, season and add fried sausage, mix and add salt.
We continue to stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and mix until thickened.
Set aside and serve with bread.
