LE BISTRO - Specialty Dining Review - Upscale French Food on A Cruise Ship - NCL Joy 

Have eaten many times on quite a few ships at the Bistro, always have had a great meal plus the service is the best. The Gem as the best French look.

Le Bistro on the EPIC, so pretty and it used for immigration processing, that's were we eat very nice continental breakfast. Bon Appétit 😊

I`ve been to Le Bistro twice, on the Star and the Jade. I am a foodie and I do love French Bistro cuisine. Both meals were OK, but I have to say nothing memorable. I was not impressed. To me I have taken 3 NCL cruises and the only specialty dining I will do in the future will be Cagney's, Always excellent food, always memorable meals, always superb service all together making it for me, the only specialty dining restaurant I will go to.

I'll be having Le Bistro on the first night of my cruise next month. can't wait to try fancy schmancy french food for the first time. so I'm going solo and I made reservations for specialty dining, the only options for reservations were for parties of 2 or more. Is it ok that I made a reservation for 2 even though I'm solo? If i'm sitting by myself, I'll be taking up a table for two. thought that would be ok, but then I chatted with an agent on the NCL website and she tried to get me to cancel my reservations because it'll mess up their count or something. But she also said she had no reservations for 1 available. Any advice? cancel my reservations and wait to see whats available on embarkation day?
