Sir if we perform closed reduction in Le fort 2 then is it similar to le fort 1 fracture reduction such as use of Rowe's disimpaction forcep or reduction by traction method like that??
in case of any postoperative derangement of occlusion, we can place elastics to correct that malocclusion.. so generally arch bars are maintained for 4-6 postoperatively
Sir, what you said in the end...remove MMF but Arch bars are not to be removed....but in post op instructions, you said that after 4-6 weeks, arch bars should be removed...please clear the confusion Sir
