Howdy. I served a a firearms instructor for my federal agency for 9 years and can usually spot any error. I still could be wrong but, I believe that your accuracy just might improve if: You fired the shot sooner. The reason is that the Russian Olympic team coaches determined the if a shot does not occur sooner than 7 seconds, one’s ability to fire an accurate shot significantly decreases, even though the sights appear to be in good focus. Another suggestion is to “follow through” after the shot. That is, allow the pistol to recoil naturally and complete it’s recoil arc before doing anything else. FWIW
