Walking on the GR 65 from Le Puy-En-Velay to Conques, September 2022:
After walking several months on the Camino de Santiago in the spring and summer of 2022, I returned to France last September to visit some friends. I was prepared for some days of walking, because... 'You never know right?'.
Le Puy-En-Velay was nearby, therefore I gave it a (re)visit. Five Monts earlier I left Le Puy to start the biggest walk I've ever made so far.
The legs felt good, the weather was nice, so I decided to spend some days on the Camino again. This time to a picturesque little town in the Aveyron region in Central France: Conques, 200km down the road.
Subscribe and/or follow me on instagram if you want to join me on my next adventure: Walking from the most northern part of The Netherlands to Santiago de Compostella in Spain.

Nice video some small beautiful viĺlages in the Aubrac region ,where you ate in the village of Aubrac i was there last year during the "photo d'aubrac" it's an exposition which is amazing ,known and lesser know photographers expose their photos in farm stables or barns or in viĺlages around the main village of Nasbinals during 4 days over à long weekend ,check it up on google maybe,Anyway the food was lovely? You had "aligote" i look forward every year to that dish 😂😂 as for the walking on my bucketlist once retired is to do le puy to saint Jacques de compostelle in spain 😂😂

gotta say, great photography! I was on the Camino this summer, from Aubrac to Moissac (having walked from le Puy to Aubrac the previous summer). Conques was definitely one of the highlights.

This is truly inspiring for every soul here. I really enjoyed watching this video for many reasons, but its calm and peaceful environment, I have to say it's just amazing. Being part of nature is something I was doing all the time until I lost it, moved to a big city with the hope of making it big and the mindset that it's going to be easy. Lost any kind of adventurous spirit and lack of discipline. Your video helped me bring all these memories and feelings. As I am slowly starting to understand where I need to be and the changes to make, your video keeps me on track. Thank you and wish you all the best this year :)

Makes me think of when I did the camino and I just want to get back to it and keep on going, and going, and going, and once I get there, to Santiago, to just turn around and go the other way. Such a great way to live and spend your time: walking and meeting nice people.

I fully agree Benny. Hence the reason so many people return. Are you planning to walk on the camino again?
@123benny4
@123benny4 Год назад
@@janmol Yes, for sure. I want to do the one from Le Puy en Valey to Conques (Camino Podiensis (?)) and then the Camino Norte along the north coast of Spain. How about you?

Nice! France has a lot of beautiful sights to offer, every other day you'll enter a total new environment. Enjoy! I am starting a new journey this April. Leaving from the most northern part of The Netherlands, all the way down to Santiago. In France I will follow the Vezelay route, in Spain the Del Norte and Primitivo. Can't wait!
