The cochella performance for a music festival was good and I rewatched the cochella performance and I saw that for first 2-3 songs they were nervous thats why they sounded unstable ( I mean any artist would get nervous on such a big stage for their first time) and later on like unforgiven, 1800 hot and fun , epbw, were good performances. First yall ( haters, if u want u can include urself) hated on bp for cochella but as soon as yall saw another target , yall started prasing bp like they didn't receive a lot of hate as well. The only issue was not anticipating the reaction of Koreans and foreign kpop fans. A journalist in Korea said basically this is the result of decades long fabrication to create a veil of perfection in kpop music and avoid criticism. That veil was torn, and although they did well on stage and gave a good performance, fans of the genre were shocked. LE SSERAFIM could have taken the easy route, and on week 2 they did, they gave the standard kpop performance. I admire them for breaking the mold and being brave even if it discouraged them.

I feel hybe should’ve focused on their vocals since the beginning and gave just kazuha extra dance lessons since she was also just getting out of her ballet experience.

Bro ateez had backing track tho? Half the members where not singing ( the ones with the ear piece mics). Lesserafim did rly good in the first part because they were all using hand mics, but then they switched to in ear mics which don't work as well so their vocals didn't sound as good due to it. Unlike ateez, when Lesserafim was using the in ear mics they didn't have back track vocals which is why people are criticising them. Ateez did great but its not fair to compare becouse Lesserafim was more live... Also can someone tell me why people are criticising Sakura when she literally performed better and sounded better then she ever has? She did well and so did all of them considering the circumstances.

​@@chesiresays I just love it when people think they understand anything but they are talking completely out of their azz. Let me educate u becouse you clearly need it. First of all lesserafim did not have a backing track while ateez did. A backing track allows for mistakes as the sound will mostly mask them which is why most members sounded perfect. Now don't get me wrong ateez are very talented and the rap line + Jongho ate, however most of the other members where using in ear mics and almost fully relying on the back track. Honestly that's perfectly fine if they wanna focus more on dancing and since they are not as capable vocalist they need it, however, comparing that to lesserafims performance where even the weakest links sang fully live while dancing is just unfair and stupid. Kazuha and Eunchae where the most unstable but they still improved alot fromt their last performance and seeing as how that wasn't that long ago, that's really good. Sakura literally sounded near perfect (as close to perfect as you can get in the circumstances) in most of her parts. She messed up a bit around the end but she still did really well. Chaewon did amazing like always, and while she did struggle at some parts (especially some of the belts) she still did well. Yunjin was off pitch quite a bit but other than that she still served both vocals and charisma. Maybe we weren't watching the same performance, becouse people like you go into it with the expectations that they will fail and just simply continue the hate train becouse they are swayed by other people's opinions. This lesserafim performance showed growth, major growth at that, so to be getting this much hate over it is stupid and unfair. You can think what you wish but as a person that spends they're entirety singing and dancing, I will say this and keep saying this, THEY DID WELL....

@@naurant What I’m saying is their vocals were decent. They were invited to Coachella for a reason. They kept it high energy the entire time- and the crowd was loving it. You can’t really be sitting in your phone, complaining at a performance, that you weren’t even at. Period. They are the top three streamed girl groups for a reason. The hate was unnecessary and overexaggerated.
