Nile Rodgers is one of the founders of Chic, and has produced and played guitar for a ton of western artists like Madonna, Bowie and Beyonce. I assume he is playing the guitar, since he has a feature. He has really been part of some big songs, so it is interesting to see him dip his toes into KPOP.
I didn't really dig the song at first, and I hate when they stop the music in a music video. It was only after watching them perform this on Mnet that I started liking the song! And yes the chorus is the best part of the song imo! Love your reactions!
I like the song. I'm gonna listen to it alot. Though that "unforgiven unforgiven" repeating part throws me off, the rest of the song is pretty good! And i'm sure once I listen to it few times that one part won't bother me ^^
That's pretty surprising, because I honestly liked this one more than I liked Antifragile first listen. It took me a lot of time to get used to the "Anti-ti-ti-ti fragile" part because it sounded so strange to me.
@@jeonjihoon255 I also didn't llike antifragile when I listened to it at first but cause of all the insta reels repeating that song ig I got used to it. Unforgiven is not a bad song by any means it's just that I like few parts of the song alot but the song as a whole is just something I don't find myself listening to... But it's alright lsrfm did a great job
They seriously specialize in a catchy, strong chorus with addictive choreo 😁 I hadn't fully fallen for them yet but this video just caught me. It feels like their voices are maturing a bit or they're settling into their sound - I enjoyed hearing each of them so distinctly. I really do like their messages, too. Maybe this is when I finally get into a girl group 😁 And their interactions with Jimin when they filmed his dance challenge were freaking adorable. He was SO shy and they were slightly in awe so overall it was just too much bowing in all directions. But they ran after him to ask him to do their dance challenge for this comeback. I loved that moment. They knew what they wanted to ask and they went for it 😁 I love the confidence. I guess it's time to put names to faces now huh 🤣
In addition to the reference to The Cell, Kazuha with one wing could be a reference to Sephiroth, the antagonist from Final Fantasy VII. Both characters could certainly be described as unforgiven villains.
I’m assuming Unforgiven has to grow on me a little more since it only came out just hours ago, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting from Le Sserafim! Not a “downgrade” by any means but I wasn’t gagged by this comeback the way I was with Antifragile 🤔 There’s nothing to not like about this comeback ❤Definitely check out their B-sides for this album because they killed it on those once again! So excited to really experience their stages this era.
The Emperor Has No Clothes - Hans Christian Andersen (1837) It's difficult in this culture for ppl to say what's true for fear of being cancelled but the truth is, it just isn't very good.
Hi I was wondering if you could check out a performance from a survival show called Boys Planet? There are so many talented contestants and I would love to see your reaction to them! Maybe their cover of Monsta X Love Killa or Gidle's Tomboy.
I did not like it personally... I’m watching reaction videos hoping to change my mind but so far it’s not working. It’s missing something IMO and I also dislike how repetitive it is ( which is unlike me because I usually don’t mind songs that have repetitive phrases but here it doesn’t feel catchy but slightly annoying by the end ). Maybe it will grow on me or maybe I’ll just have to wait for the next one. The girls did well though!!!
I understand that. That's what I felt with Antifragile at first, the repetitivness annoyed me a little bit. And then it grew on me a lot. Also the fact that I love this group may have helped a lot. If it was from another girl group I don't stan or I'm not familiar with would sing that, I wouldn't have listened to it more. I prefer Unforgiven over Antifragile though.
@@orionlionheart9449 that is such an interesting point, I agree, when it comes to groups that we love already, we tend to be more bias and enjoy things that usually we wouldn’t if it came from somebody else. I think we are all guilty of that to some degree. But I think that’s okay also.
