Leaders in North Carolina Local Government Gain New Skills 

UNC School of Government, with funding from the Civic Federal Credit Union, has created an intensive two-week program-Leading for Results-to develop leadership skills for local government professionals. Participants graduate from this program with a deeper understanding of their individual leadership strengths, skills for improving their organizations, and a renewed passion for public service.
