Would be interesting to interview her today. She admitted missing quite a few things as the CEO. Could that be why the company has gone from $1B in sales to $100M? Too late to change now, that boat has left. I personally think the company should have stuck with the basics instead of changing the "model". That would be like Southwest Air changing to using all different make/models of planes. They have been successful because they stick with one plane model. Oh well, never could see why people would pay that much for a basket. I have a ton of them and can't give them away.
