February 27, 2024: Join Dr. Scott Rivkees, Interim Chair of Health Services, Policy and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health for the next installment of the Leadership in Action Webinar Series moderated by MPH students in our online master’s program. Prior to coming to Brown,
Dr. Rivkees served as State Surgeon General and Secretary of Health of Florida. He has a distinctive understanding of front-line decision making to drive effective policy and practice while confronting both public and political obstacles. He will share his career path toward becoming a public health leader and physician scientist, as well as his leadership experiences in the Florida Department of Health.
