Excellent interview! It has a message for every Indian, especially the younger generation. Identify yourself with the nation...your identity is as large as India...as a human, living being ...with the universe, you are one with the Brahman...Aham brahmasmi....Shivoham! Don’t identify with materialistic pursuits...your vision gets narrow! Spoke like a Raja Rishi! Plan for worst case scenario....say everything that can go wrong will go wrong...prepare for options, clear objectives.....drop all adjectives and adverbs....make the decision right! Guys he is one of my favourite heroes and he is the James bond of India. He did a lots of great things for our country. He did a Operation Blue star at the Golden temple.he had spent a lots of time in the other countries.and he has the best representative personality and well spoken to the the general public. He knew the emotions of the people. He is a fearless person. I have been following him since he had done a great job in the NSA. And I'm very glad to say now we have a good advisory security person. Who has a lots of knowledge about the country and bad situations.
The next time Mr. Doval is interviewed someone with gravity and substance should be selected.The anchor seemed no match in front of the NSA chief. Mr. Doval's charisma and insight is second to none!
Ajit Doval & General Bipin Rawat was amazing team and key player of new shary Defence policy of India . After Bipin Rawat demise , we r seeing very less of Doval sir in media , maybe his demise has affected him too much .

School students should listen to a talk by him on decision taking. Our schools need to inculcate decision taking, observations & thinking routines right from school levels to prepare children to face their future & live their lives
Very enlightening, Today parents want the child to be container of information (books, and marks) instead of preparing them and inculcate them with necessary qualities to face any situation in life.
1. Human psyche operates similarly.rain falls equally on everyone but some falls to cold some have raincoat . Manor decision induces uncertainty n anxiety but the difference arise according to how you cope with these factors. 2. I work out worst case scenerio ie when everything in the plan goes wrong. 500rs cost if fail so i try to reduce the cost to make the cost/loss affordable .Then you try to improve it ( the cracks). Always have a contingency plan and "within" contingency plan if everything you planned goes wrong. Fear and anxiety can help u in preparing better.
Deal with fear - articulate the fear in specific words you will find tha fear is not as big as you are really worried about you can further reduce the fear by knowledge , hard work and understanding every situation is new have a plan for it Clarity of objective - don't take decision when you are angry or afraid See the options get knowledge about them and choose the best Prepare for it and make your decision right
I read it from great brains sir. If you allow me to comment, I aver that instead of revolutionary suicide, revolutionary patience is rewarding hundredfold. Wait for tomorrow to implement the strategies, if time is not easy.
Similar story of boxing can be seen in anime “ hajime no ippo “ where the guy becomes champion bcz he dont quit no matter what happens . But i thought that its just an anime so anything can be shown but after listening these words from Doval sir made me realise that , its not the talented persons but the more resilient ones are the real winners
