I work at a factory and I genuinely think all our superiors want are results, no matter how much effort you put into your work (how well it is done). We're like in a dysfunctional family relationship. No feedback either way, if you try to give a tip to your boss on organization his fragile ego gets hurt and asks you "Oh, are you the boss now?". It's disgusting to work here honestly. We've got unqualified people leading us (apart from the director and some of his subordinates). Some people honestly aren't right for their position, it's so demotivating to work here.
