As part of today's Satsang, we bring you a talk by Dr John S Hislop who delivered in a joint meeting of the San Diego area Sai Centres on July 10, 1994.
Dr John S Hislop was one of those fine instruments of Bhagawan who spread His message across the continents. Most of you might have read his wonderful books, 'My Baba and I' and 'Conversations with Sathya Sai Baba.' Baba granted Hislop any number of Interviews, answered his questions in detail, guided him on aspects relating to the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation, came to his rescue during illness, saved him from disaster, created unique objects for him and once even blessed him with a vision of Krishna.

I am in Swami for over 30yrs...I trust him and believe in him with all my heart and soul. He has ever fullfilled my wishes!!! Even without asking from him...Just wt I think I receive. I BELIEVE he is ever present And without his WILL nothing happens!! The whole world is waiting for Gods physical presence Especially now when we are experiencing the End Time Signs. I also believe He is both the same...The 2nd coming of Jesus Christ and 3rd incarnation of Sai Baba (Prema Sai Baba) Who will be in Jesus form🙏🙏🙏 My humble pranams to you dear Lord as we wait for your COMING!!!

Wonderful talk as usual by Dr John Hislop, he has done so much to help devotees especially Westerners to an understanding of Swami and ourselves. He has talked about Non duality -Adviata Vedanta on occasion which is actually the basis of Sai's teachings when he says you are no different to me ,its difficult to accept at first. He means as Consciousness we are the same,we all ARE this but take it for granted,no one questions it, its so close,closer than close, but as egos , a person, we are not, Swami has no ego, a person idea which changes,Consciousness never changes, it just IS, that's the difference. John here,talks of mind as being the creator of dreams, it also has created the notion of a person, the ego by mind conditioning,it is just an idea that's all ,an Illusion, its all we know until we come across someone like Swami who explains the Truth of our Being and John is one of his messengers,we are so blessed.
