Rifai has been solid. I wouldn't mind seeing him start the year with the Leafs. I like the idea of signing Pacioretty to a minimum contract with bonuses for games played, obviously contingent on him staying healthy and productive. Robertson deserves a spot. Not sure where Dewar fits in. Kampf, Jarnkrok and Liljigren are definitely worth shedding to make the cap work.

Meyer should be a keeper. Not afraid to get his nose dirty. Good by Lilligren and Timmins. That experiment should be over.

Not getting the Rifai love, I like Myers a lot more than expected and as a RHD with pedigree that's where my attention goes. Liljegren, Jarnkrok and Kampf are all expendable in my view: Rifai + Myers > Liljegren (given cap difference) Holmberg > Kampf (given cap) Patches/Loretnz > Jarnkrok

Given his performance in the pre-season, Roberston deserves a shot on the second line. He's clearly outperformed McMann.
