In this Lol gameplay, watahec, does his first playthrough and experience League of Legends for the first time. I tried to compare LoL against dota based on both games' difficulty. I think that League of Legends is fairly easy when you're playing it and I think the more you experience it and the more you play it and the higher rank you become the harder the game will be. I've played with my friends with a Diamond rank and I dominated the enemy, so it's safe to say that this game is easy! Do you agree?

I personally think that league has a way lower skill floor than dota cuz in league macro isnt really used at all in the starting ranks and is just way more mechanics heavy while dota is very hard from the get go cuz of how the cam work, how the item system works and how macro heavy it is. Though i would say league has a way higher ceiling because of the fact that you play around mid to high level dota macro while also having to be extremely good mechanically. I always tell my friends that if they prefer action they should play league and if they prefer strategy they should play dota. Not to say one lacks the other completely, just that one focuses on this while the other does on that

Also if you want a less snowball-heavy game, dota is better. Unless you specifically are in low elo while you let enemy 1st position farm, one-shotting anybody is impossible. (Note, looking at gangplank, ranger, and every assassin)

Dota is literally 0 mechanics, I've played dota since 2004, there's way too much chain cc. In League you have to outplay on mechanics, and yes there is macro if you are good enough with champs like sion you can solo win a game afk split pushing

@@burat5242 Turn rate makes the game easier, not harder, it reduces the mechanics, landing a pudge hook is significantly easier than landing a thresh hook for that same reason.

Agreed. It takes a few weeks for a DOTA player to get his head around LoL. It would take at least a year the other way around and he would still be below average.

Really cool editing, but feedback on one thing: The text at the bottom is nice to have, but the animations obscure the text and make it hard to read fluidly. Every time new text comes up, it bounces around for a half second before settling down. That's a half second for each text piece that I have to wait for the animations instead of looking at the video.

Truly the most *League Player* of all time. In Normal matches it's usually people testing strats, trolling or just there to have fun.

damn, enjoyed every second of it. despite not playing LoL even once in my entire life it was easy to understand, maybe this is the reason why DotA2 player base is reducing. I'd introduced DotA 2 to my friend but he said it was way too complex, whereas LoL is easy to understand and fast to catch up with

As league and dota player I can say u talking blsht, and so this is the reason 5 Pro dota vs 3 Pro league lol in a lol match up? Cuz lol its easier and need less skill? Dota 2 mechanics are no jokes man it's detailed to the core. From creeps neutrals infrastructures rivers runes day/night cycles even couriers and home wells 😭 it's a mind blowing information of strategy to play the game it's overwhelming experience.... Unless you've been playing this game since garena days it's easy as pie.... To understand the engagement of rules and metas but not in-game playwise.

I can confirm that DOTA2 is much harder than LOL. ive been playing DOTA2 for years and the highest rank ive reach is ancient. But in LOL it only took me 1month to reach daimond1 and i even play all roles.

Total cap. I have 3k hours and played 10 seasons of lol. Only got Ancient in my all Dota 2 hours and with skills from Dota in WC3. I have only been D4 playing lol on EUW. Shit is really hard. 1 month to reach D1? You couldn't have done it at all especially playing all roles if you had no experience in Lol prior to it.

to cut the long story short valve destroyed dota 2 when they added that extra BS item that drops from the jungle creeps, its like your play starcraft too many keys to press unlike league, league didn't changed only its graphics not even its controls that's why its so much better than dota 2 imo, ngl i miss the 2014-2015 dota 2 era now that was fun and the dota that we knew

They're both MOBA game buth LoL is heavily focus on strats and their control is extremly simple, while DOTA2 is more focused on macro, considering how many comflex champs they have. Like, there is literally a champ that have 4 or 5 clone of him with similar abilities and can do anything all alone with their own inventory. Like, wtf, just how comflex DOTA2 can be?

you can divert it, it just harder than in dota, you can divert it by cooperating with your ally and cleverly attacking an enemy champion and going out of and in range of the tower. You can search for a "dive" in league in some pro games and see how exactly they do it. @@june5769

Depends on the hero I think DotA's most complex heroes (invoker, meepo, etc) are more mechanically difficult to play well than leagues most complex champions but you also have heroes like skeleton king which are extremely mechanically easy compared to leagues most easy champions. DotA has higher variance at low and high end, this is true for speed too, like you need insane apm (basically an RTS player) to play Chen at high levels.

LOl is sort of pc version of mlbb, both are super broken that u could abuse broken builds alot and easy to find. Dota 2 have small ammount of broken builds that are just waiting u to reveal it and abuse it
