Swain is my absolute favourite character in lore. some of the coolest voice lines next to tahm kench "I could kill them all, but it is far crueller to show them that I am right."

The thing at the bottom of Samira's trailer is a 'style metre', similar to Devil May Cry. Sylas' thing is he can steal the ultimate ability of other champions.

Sylas' ultimate ability is to actually temporarily steal the ultimates of other champions. My favorite part of the Warwick cinematic is the hole he makes in the transport pod is the Riot fist logo ;)

was hoping to see this! i would like to note that some champions don't have trailers because they're simply that OLD and have been in league for so long, so you guys should definitely look back into the roster for the champions you've missed, and even read the basic lore for the champions !

one of my favourite lines of in game dialogue against Tahm Kench: "the heavens drag on endlessly, much like a conversation with you." it's so befitting the catfish deamon of greed.

Something that I think you guys missed with Renata Glasc, that giant wave that she immitted actually turned the enemies against each other.

Every champ have a dance animation, along with a joke, a taunt and a laugh animations. Since a specific tier, skins change those animations, and every single one of them are references to differents things (in one moment, a champ had a prince of Bel-Air dance)

Oh there sure is a story for Warwick. You might eventually meet him in Arcane since he is from Zaun. I hope no one spoils it for you.

Swain the guy that said "monster will become the hero" is not actually a bad guy he just do everything for the future of his country, like the time he tricked a demon to gave him it's power then used that power to overthrow the tyrant that rule his country at the time.

Rell is truely as amazing to play as she looked in the cinematic. And Swain is definitly intruiging. He is one of the rulers of Noxus and his red hand and the wings are due to a demon inside him. I really love him too

Sylas is a magic leech, he has no powers at his base but makes up for it with his ability to absorb magic from others(His ultimate allows to copy another enemy's ultimate) . You see in his trailer that they represent this by making him transform into the champion in question while using their ultimate.

Fun facts: -Renata is interesting because she is basically League's Silco. Riot couldn't add him to the game because his silhouette wasn't unique enough and he doesn't really have any special abilities in arcane. -Swain's hand was cut off by Irelia. He made a deal with a demon to lend his powers, which is why he has the wings and the red hand

The best part about Tahm Kench's trailer is that its like a metaphor. One one hand, its talking about Tahm making a deal with the gambler, and eating him, but on the other hand, the "monster" is really the gambler who spent all the bride's money to satisfy his hunger for gambling, its like a two sided story.

The ending of Arcane may have teased Warwick coming in season 2, should be interesting

The Ninja guy in Xayah and Rakan's Trailer is Zed. One of the coolest characters in the game and an Anti Hero who is protecting his homeland. Give him a worth. It is worth it.

In the sylas trailer the girl that showed up in the part of the trailer is lux there's actually a comic about it, also in the Xayah and Rakan trailer the masked man that Xayah is fighting is Zed which is also a champion

Xayah and Rakan are from Ionia are Vastaya (a chimeric race) they are very spiritual and connected with nature and animals. In the animation they fought Zed who made weapon from forest spirits, when the weapon was destroyed the forest regained its glow. Zed is not entirely evil, he is ruthless and will do a lot of potentially bad things to defend Iona

You should watch some of the other cinematics after this. As for some of the characters, Rek'Sai: She's the monster in the trailer. She can do stuff like burrow in the ground and surprise people. Sylas: He was imprisoned in Demacia. Garen, Lux's older brother, hates mages like Sylas. Lux would teach Sylas about the outside world, and managed to get along with Sylas. Lux's family learned of this and ordered Sylas to be executed. As he was about to die, he managed to brush against Lux and steal some of her magic and break out. Sylas returns in the cinematic Magic is Rising: Stand with Sylas. As for the gameplay trailer, it's not that he controls a dragon, but rather he can steal the ultimates of other characters. The dragon one was a character named Shyvana's ultimate. Rell: Rell is a living weapon, raised to kill Noxians. She can control metal much like Magneto. She manages to escape from the people who experimented on her, and now roams as a criminal attacking Noxians on sight, and seeking revenge on those who experimented on her. Renata Glasc: Renata is a Chem-baroness, much like Silco or the other leaders of Zaun. Where we see Silco use Shimmer, Renata actually uses her parents research to make her own chemicals instead. Samira: Samira is actually one of my favorite characters ability wise. She's much like Dante from DmC. Every unique ability or basic attack raises her rank, and once she goes from E to S, she can use her ultimate to shoot at every enemy around her. Swain: You really liked swain, but his trailer didn't show much. He is the ruler of Noxus. After losing his arm to Irelia in an Ionia war, he gained demonic powers from a demon named Raum as he laid dying on the battlefield. With his newfound powers, he returned to Noxus and began to amass power with his new abilities. Vex: She's just great :)

I don't know if it matters for you, but character at 14:58 is not a champion from League of Legends. Little creatures like Dowsie are called Little Legends and they are players' avatars in Teamfight Tactics (TFT), which is an autobattler/autochess game with characters from League of Legends.

I am not a LOL's fan but I know that Vex wasn't in Arcane because she has never lived in Piltover or in Zaun. I hardly remember that she lives in some dead islands or something like that.

Team Analysis (based on lore, not gameplay): (Wall of text incoming lol) Categories are: *1-4: Range for mortal characters & yordles. * 1: Baseline for a mortal (that is to say "baseline for a mortal powerful enough to be a playable character in a MOBA). * 3: Baseline for a yordle. Yordles are immortal faelike beings with powerful innate magical abilities. * Supernatural Entity (5 pt): Among others, this category includes demons (all but one), darkin, Ascended, the most powerful void creatures, and non-aspect Celestials * Literal God (10 pt): Yeah, this one's kinda self-explanatory. This category includes the Freljordian demigods, the Targonian Aspects and their Incarnations, and Fiddlesticks. Bethany: Rell (2): Rell is a mage with the ability to manipulate magic. How strong this is is largely contextual, so we'll instead look at her actual power level as a mage. I'm not sure on that count, but I think she's kind of an experimental super-human, so I'll give her a 2. Samira (1): Samira is a stone cold badass, but she's ultimately just a human mercenary. A damn good one, but not uniquely strong enough to justify giving her more than a 1. Sylas (3): Sylas is hard to judge. Sylas is a powerful mage. Despite this, his only innate magical ability is detecting others' magical abilities. His real power comes from his petricite manacles and his complex understanding of how to use them. The gauntlets sap other creatures magic and store it, allowing Sylas to use it himself. In-game, he's capable of stealing magic from even the most powerful characters in the lore. In-lore, we don't know how far his abilities extend. If he's able to, say, siphon magic from the aspects, he might be the rare pure mortal to reach a 5. If his abilities are limited to a specific, mortal definition of "magic," he's still at least a 2. I'll call it a 3. Tahm Kench (5): Tahm Kench is a demon. Runeterran demons feed on specific emotions, and Tahm Kench feeds on despair. He finds it tastes best after a fall from riches, so he creates contracts with mortals. He gives these mortals anything they want, but sooner or later he will take it all away by exploiting the fine print. The mortal having become addicted, Tahm will later approach them again, repeating the cycle until the mortal openly violates the contract, or he grows bored. Then he just eats them. If I'm not mistaken, it doesn't nourish him, he just likes the taste. But yeah, Tahm is a demon, and a fairly powerful one, and thus 5. Vex (3): Vex is a yordle mage who is constantly depressed because she knows that, as a yordle, she will live forever while everything that brings her joy will quickly fade away. As such, she is constantly searching for a way to die, or, failing that, destroy the world. She thinks Viego wants to destroy the world and thus she starts simping for/working with him... until she learns that his reasons for doing so were, at least in his eyes, noble (he wished to resurrect Isolde). I don't know how powerful Vex's magic is in-lore, so I'm going to go baseline yordle and say she's a 3. Xayah and Rakan (2 (1 each)): Rakan and Xayah are at the forefront of a revolution of Ionian vastaya (animal people). Xayah's a skilled warrior and Rakan's a charismatic leader, but they're still both mortals, so 1 point each for a total of 2. Yuumi (4): Yuumi is a magical talking fae cat from Bandle City. There's... no real category for that (supernatural entity seems too powerful for Runeterra's fae). I will say that fae seem to be similar to yordles but a little more powerful, so I'll give Yuumi a 4. Zoe (10): Zoe is the incarnation of the Aspect of Twilight, Targon's mercurial trickster god. There's... not much else to say there, she's literally just a straight up god. Full 10 points. Ken: Taliyah (1): She's just a stone mage. A skilled one, but still. 1 point. Zeri (1): She's just an electricty girl who runs fast. She's just Pikachu. 1 point. Warwick (2): Warwick is a product of Singed's mad experiments, but he turned on his creator and is now something of an anti-hero, albeit his mind was twisted by his torment. He exclusively attacks those on whom he smells blood, assuming that they're probably guilty of something. I'd say that warrants a 2. Vel'Koz (5): An ancient powerful void monster who's absorbed millenia of knowledge in his quest toward omniscience. Solid 5-pointer. Urf (? (1)): Depends whether to count this. Urf isn't actually a champion, as I explained in another comment. He's also not canon to Runeterra. But if you want to consider him canon for these purposes, I believe he's actually all powerful. Like, I think he might literally have infinite power. So if we're counting Urf, Ken wins by default, but I'm not going to, so I'll give Ken 1 point to compensate for the accidental inclusion of this champion, as well the allowing of a player to grab both Rakan and Xayah at once. Swain (5): Swain is among the most powerful mortals in Runeterra. His left hand was cut off by Irelia, so he replaced it with that of the demon Raum, and now he has demon powers. Beyond that, he's also the Grand General (basically the emperor) of all of Noxus, meaning he has an entire nation (not to mention one with a terrifyingly good military) at his beck and call. AND DID I MENTION THE DEMON HAND?? 5 points because the sheer raw manpower means that, in addition to countless grunts, you also get all of the champions loyal to Swain. Renata Glasc (5): Renata goes here because she has been using her products to subtly influence the minds of everyone who uses them, and she's currently working up to a plan that would allow her to gain control over everyone using her products, meaning she literally controls Piltover and Zaun (so manpower plus all sorts of Hextech and Chemtech bullshit, both herselves and other people's). 5 points for the same reason as Swain, except Rek'Sai (5): An ancient, powerful void monster and the queen of an absolutely massive colony of voidborn in Shurima's Great Sai. 5 points. Bethany: 2+1+3+5+3+2+4+10 (30) Ken: 1+1+2+5+1+5+5+5 (25) Ken made some strong picks but Bethany wins this draft. Please let me know if you take issue with any of my power rankings, as I am a) a dumbass and b) fairly new to the lore.

Tahm kench is a demon of avidity , greed and gluttony also river deamon thats why he never satisfy hes hunger and he travels underwater ...he is op as champ as lore as design he is my personal fav among 160 champs

Vex is actually a MAJOR character in the Ruination, she's Viego's partner in crime and her living Shadow's abilities to absorb Black Mist in conjunction with her Yordle magic is one of the main reasons Viego was able to spread the Black Mist all across Runeterra. He manipulated her by not telling her his actual motivation was to resurrect his dead wife. Her goal is to spread suffering and misery throughout the world and eliminate all cheer and happiness to recreate the world in her image... Ofc you never got to saw her in cinematics because the event sucked and was rushed, but oh well.

Fun fact about Vel’koz he doesn't just kill with his lasers he deconstruction the things he blasts and takes then in like data so when he uses his ult (Life Form Disintegration Ray) to others he is just destroying but to him he is learning his name means "to understand by unmaking"

Just wanted to pop in and say if you wanted to go into more League you should check out all champion’s pick and ban quotes. I’m sure you can find plenty of compilations of them on RU-vid. Oh, and maybe react to some guilty gear strive content! One of my favorite fighting games 😁

Also, in lol there are few champs that are "bad" or "villains". Those who are categorize like bad are from the void (mostly monsters that kill everything they see, the "land shark", rek'sai, is an example of that) or demons (like tham or fiddlesticks), or darlings (a kind of demigods that became evil) or singed. The rest have some kind of motive to defend why they do/did the evil things. An example would be Swain, the dood with the red hand and the wings: he commanded an invasion from noxus to Ionia only to get the power of an specific demon (a demon of secrets). With basically only his willpower, he controlled the demon and use it to track down a lot of corrupted men in different levels of power in noxus. With that, he became the main ruler of noxus, with Darius serving as the army ruler and another one who we know nothing (it's called 'the one without face or something like that in the stories) rulling the spies.

Just for the record, you saw Warwick in Arcane... when he was still human. (the last episodes last frames showing him)

Warwick is a creature made by singed and you do see him in arcane just a little bit at the end. Swain is known as the grand general of noxus part of the trifarix which are the 3 rulers of noxus that each represent one of the noxian principles of strength (Vision, Might, Guile) he is also implied to be the person Mel's mom told her about when she told her her brother had died because he crossed the wrong man. And in terms of lorewise power level Ken did have Beth's team beat substantially with aurelion sol until he gave up zoe which is the targonian aspect(basically a god) that helped enslave him.

If you're curious about the characters more, you could check out Just Another Nobody's voice lines/quotes videos for some of the champs, like Jhin, they give a bit of an idea at what the character's are like, fiddlesticks is probably one of the better ones since it just mimics inner fears, traumas and last words that it hears.

So Vex is a Hotels if you did not know and the werewolf like creation is Warwick also know as "The Howler" or " The Uncaged Wrath of Zaun". He maybe someone well all know and loved. So………… you guys know about de Arcane’s theory about Warwick? There is theory and facts about it actually. If you hear the trailer for season 2 you can hear Warwick’s noises at the back which points that we’re going to see him in season two, but there’s a theory because his history.

Now the fun part is we will see warwick the werewelf in season 2 of arcane , because he is indeed vander from season 1 and he is not dead :)

No spoilers, but I'm gonna hype you up for Warwick - in Arcane Season 2 Teaser you can hear the same 'Blood Trail Hunt' sound as in this trailer when he smells the blood of the person. We definitely going to see him in the next season.

Each champion has a theme song that shows the entire vibe of each character. Champion Teaser Champion Gameplay Trailer Champion Theme Obviously, it probably takes forever to react to all of them hence why you can just watch those on your own time if you are interested in learning a lil more about each character.
