Hi, About vídeo Riot Blitzcrank and Lucian My intention with this video never was to offend people..,i just place a man with one gun chased by a cop .. like a movies and series which i watched to do this video. i could do this with Graves or with Caitlyn, but i think lucian is better for urban theme. The prejudice is on the mind of these people. Cheers!

I think the "creator" was implying the dress type of the champions as being urban, not the skin colour. I personally haven't seen any females walking around in purple top hats and steampunk themed dresses and boots. Lucian looks more human and criminal/bad guy-like not because of his skin colour but more likely due to the colours he's dressed in and the way he runs.
