He is definitely cheating and scummy. @ 2:24 when Kevin? asks if it had ever gone beyond messages in the past and she says "He swears no" Mojo- '"do you believe him?" Leah - "Yes I have to, he's my husband". Then when they are talking to John, he is so dismissive of Leah and controlling by getting her to get off the phone so quick.

He knew what was up. If her money is going towards the business then she should have access to it whenever she wants. When he said it was to his wife "my one and only" it was suspicious AF.

Unless you are dealing with security matters where there access is limited to need-to-know and permitted access to specific people. ALL phones should be open to the spouse, ESPECIALLY if the phone is part of a business the household funds is going to support. Sorry, but I am going to say that there is a 95% chance he is cheating. And this is not because I believe in once a cheater, always a cheater, but once you cheat your spouse has every right to follow up on you if they are seeing signs of you falling back into the same routines and thus you should comply with such inspections.
