First let me say these look A May Zing! Question though. If you're using 99% fat free ground Turkey aren't you supposed to use 2 healthy fats. I'm fairly new to the program and I'm having some stalling issues. I'm not getting enough fat I believe. So my question again is two healthy fats or one. Thanks a bunch.love all your recipes.
Hey there - you can use healthy fats in your Lean and Green - or throughout the day with fuelings. It really depends on how comfortable you are with being on plan and knowing your daily requirements! For example, creamer in your coffee or laughing cow cheese on a flatbread...things like that. Does that make sense? ❤️🎉
Hey! Gotta say I love your videos! I know this an old video, so I hope you see this. I have a question about how you do the math for your greens and leans. Not just in this recipe. I can’t figure out what 3 Tbsp of egg sub. equals when doing portions of meat as well. So in this recipe you use 4.25 oz of turkey out of the 7oz allotment. You use 3 Tbsp of egg sub. then later when you add the cheese, you say it’s also a portion of the lean. Or did you mean condiment? That kind of confused me a little bit, but either way…how did you do the math? I’m not great at math and conversions are tripping me up. Thanks for your help! ~Abra
