Lean & Green Project: Romac Industries Reduces Hazardous Waste in Steel Part Passivation Process 

Joshua Fowler from Romac describes a Lean and Green project conducted in 2021 with a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology, with support from co-presenter Michael Johnson from Lean Environment Inc, Impact Washington and Brion Hurley from Business Performance Improvement.
As a result of the project, Romac Industries was able to reduce wastewater by 50%, save $100,000 and increase capacity by 200%
