Hanging from one arm may seem super impossible to you right now, but here’s how you can work on it even if your grip strength isn’t quite there yet!
By using assitance (keeping your weight in your feet) you can build strength in your shoulders & grip PLUS you can have a wiggle, rotate and hit some awesome angles that get such a nice stretch for your shoulders!
You can easily progress by reducing how much weight you have in your legs, moving onto your tippy-toes or lifting one of your feet.
