"load the roll on" : don't worry if it is clockwise or anticlockwise, it will be subsequently obvious if it is backwards in which case START AGAIN (mark I rolls clockwise). "pull the label through the system" : open everything up and look for the biggest hole through the machine. note: you really have to pull off the first 15cm of stickers so that the entire portion that comes out of the bottom is label-less before closing the bottom.
Well i found the roll is installed wrong in the video for a mark II version. Turn the roll over so it rolls clockwise & also remove about 6 of the labels from the start of the roll. Loads up ok if you do this. BUT i agree it is frustrating.
Mistake! Wrong direction of the label roll. Twist it over, so that it rolled out clockwise. Rest is ok. Another comment advises to remove several stickers at the beginning, should be helpful too.
This machine is the most stupid thing I've ever used. Seriously, how hard can it be to change a label??? The video does not help at all. Last time I end up buying a new machine that already had labels in it, just because I want to hurl my PC across the room due to the frustration of watching the video that makes it look easy... but it is not like that in person!!! A new design is required!!!
Very poor, didnt help at all, looks easy right , an older video actually showed how to do this with rhe mark 1 , this slick headache doesnt, the producer FAILED the clients who own this pricing gun
Get a pro to do these and make them helpful, turn off the background mizak and get someone to star in them who actually has never used one before so they can at least understand the problems in this very tricky little beast
I Truly hate this gun, . And at least 32,000 people who watched this at least twice will probably agree with me. Someone make a pricing gun that isn’t this freakin hard to load and make a million $$
Man, what a terrible video and what a terrible pricing gun. I only bought it because the more expensive had sold out at OfficeWorks and I regret spending $50 on this thing. I have replaced two rolls now and I hate it.
