Global climate change is not a future problem, now is the time to act. Deforestation, desertification, and pollution of air, water, and the environment threatens delicate ecosystems and its residents.
We are escalating our efforts and expanding our Tree Planting Program to reverse deforestation and in just one day 37 women planted 500 saplings. This is a great example of teamwork and the first Social Forestry activity toward sustaining and conserving the forest.
Each woman also agreed to plant ten trees annually to help restore the forest in her community, but we urgently need your help and support
Our goal is to plant 50,000 trees by January 2024.
