Hi Alex, I'm Alex too :). In russian "chair" is "стул (stool)", in my second native language ukrainian, "chair" is "стiлець(stilets)" :) Have a nice weekend!

Great lesson, as always! Ease of presenting information, good examples and explanation, thanks Alex! I would like to make a small addition-summary to the first two "how": - "how come" used when you want a reason for a piece of information which you are surprised by. And compared with "why" - "why" used when you want a reason for whatever piece of information you already know. - "how so" used to ask someone to explain an opinion they have given

Dear Alex. A chair in my language is "стул", you also have a stool - but your 'stool' in the opposite of our "стул" is a chair without a back or without back and armrests. By the way, what word is more ancient - your opinion?! What language do I speak?! It's simple - you can see my name. Love you too. If only all the teachers could speak so clearly.
