Learn English Tenses: The Present Perfect 

There were many questions about the difference between the Present Perfect and the Present Perfect Continuous. They can, in some situations, be used equally. I could say, "I have worked hard today!" or "I have been working hard today!" and they would mean the same thing. Thank you Bob. The question is subject + verb + object = sentence Situation #2 When using the words for and since ? Where are the subject, the verb, and object? I see much time like the sentence. The sentence is meaning that when using the words for and since we use the present perfect tense. Thank you Bob again.
