@@nidhia219 I do it as often as possible but I noticed a change after 1rst time but I really went in and spent 30mins or so just make sure u really open the neck. I try to do it at least 4xs a week

After just 3 times in 3 days the crunchy’s in my jawline are gone. I had a little saggy jawline going on as well, that’s why I often had my hair up in a high ponytail for a mini facelift. The saggyness at my jawline is almost gone! My face feels and looks smoother than before I began to use the gua sha. I want to have a tighter neck and jaw and maybe I can reduce some fine wrinckless while I’m at it haha. I hope the gua sha will help me getting to my goal. It’s cheaper than a actual facelift! 😂

You can use olive oil, almond oil, or spray water until you can get what you need, you can also yse spoons!

I did lot of research just sharing my knowledge . Yes it slim down the face. Use any plant base oils only, it’s recommended to do thrice a week for better results u should do daily before bed.

So should you feel the knots in your jaw smooth out after one session? Or does it take time

You dont want to over do it in removing those knots in one session because you will be sore and they will just end up coming back anyways. You want to retrain the way the skin functions. Overtime you will see less and less knots along the jawline and just in general, especially when working and focusing on opening the neck

You can use your hands. I have been doing gua sha for years with great results and i have only ever used my hands, where a "comb" stone is required just use use ur hands (close them making fìsts and use the boney parts of your fingers ,the joints that come after your knuckles on your fingertips, and use them for the comb action) you can also use your knuckles and palms.. think about it.. i am sure many people in the ancient times didnt have access to such tools to do gua sha. Venus Angelic did a video on this massage years ago using her hands only which worked great for me and you can use her video for reference purposes :)

I found that before I was able to get any facial oils I was able to just use water. As long as you keep your face wet it should work just as well:)

Work under the breakouts. So dont underestimate the power of only working on the neck and shoulders with gua sha to make a difference in the breakouts along the jaw.
