I would like to hear more about how the subject noun’s ending is changed, depending on who possesses the subject.

as a russian, it is so easy for me, when every pronoun has a case. i am easily understand the difference between minua and minulle. also, in one video you said that kiselli is not popular in us or uk, but in russia we have this drink too)

They are the same forms as possessive personal pronouns (persoonapronominien genetiivi): minun, sinun, hänen etc. There's no difference in Finnish between those forms. Hope that helped. :-)
