Sir mein 4-5 days se try ker rha hu... Floating ni ho paa rha. Meine floor ko push kerke bhi try kia tha but body sink ho jta ha kuch time baad. Mein gym jata hu iss liye body thodi muscular ha, especially the lower body
@@Ashiishrana Actually no matter how much we try, people high muscle density wouldn't be able to float without paddling their feet. The trick here is to just ignore floating (without paddling) and simply move to floating with paddling. I did that and now I am able to perform freestyle quite easily without even knowing how to float without movement 😅
@@RelaxingMusic-gf8st you learned swimming in 1 month? On my 6th day , with about 7 percent body fat percentage.. can't even float even a single inch from water surface. Stressed a lot about this.
@@Ashiishrana Yeah man, I got going with freestyle within my 10-12th session itself. Yes, paddling means kicking. Since your body fat percentage is low, you have got to kick in order to float, it's not possible with a stable body tbh
Tip: if you ever think you’re gonna sink if you go swimming, it’s safe to wear a bright colored swimsuit, such as bright orange, instead of blue or green. This is because, if you sink in a blue/green swimsuit, it is likely that someone might not notice you. But if you wear an orange or another bright color, then they’d have a better chance at seeing u.
Bhai sab kar liya lekin lega upar neahi aate. Aur mene legs thode zada mascular hai baaki body se. Kya ye reason ho sakta hai? Kya bone density se bhi farak padta hai?
@@SwimmingBySanuj meri age 40 yrs hai aur mein 5 din se swimming shuru ki hai aur floting hi theek se nhi aa rhi mere kids dono hand movemnt k sath krne lg gye .i m feelong tensed n stressed abhi to wall push krne me hi darr lg rha hai. pair zammen ki traf aa jate hai ..kya ye normal hai kya mujhe aa jayegi swimming .what extra trick shuld i add to learn fast
