Why m is not capitalised in mann

Sir it's a great video but I have a little confusion you said that every noun would be capital but why M of Mann in German is small ??

I have question in general variation in the sentence

I have noticed this problem in lots of language school specially outside EU countries, the pronunciation of few words are incorrect, the most basic one is Ich. In this video at 0.55 he says Ish. Originally in German it should be pronounced Ich as "Ikh" and not Ish. Its very important to pronounce it well, else people done understand what you said and they make fun. #omega academy please take care of the pronunciation. P.S - I live in Switzerland and I am learning B2 right now.

I can use (Du) for informal singular and (Sie) I can use the formal singular person which is the formal way to address others. I have (Ihr) an informal plural way of addressing many people but how can I formally address many people.

"Ich" is pronounced kind of like "ik", with the "k" or "ch" at the back of the throat it is NOT pronounced as "ish".
