And mine tigrigna and tigrigna sounds similar with Arabic, but Hebrew is almost like tigrigna. For example we say 4 in tigrigna 'arbahte' in hebrew 'arba' we say 10 'ecer' and hebrew ecer. I can learn it so easily.
What a Great lady .thank you may the Divine Creator Bless you much . I always wanted to learn hebrew . The world be much better palce if we quit fighting and fix this planet
I have a question-I notice that you are pronouncing the “r” sound sometimes as a raspy “gh” which sounds exactly like the Arabic letter “Ghain” (غ), but other times you are pronouncing it as a true “r” sound like in English. Which is the more proper/common pronunciation? How do you know which to use? Are they interchangeable in Hebrew? Any clarification on this would be much appreciated!! Thanks!
@@NasinOmr I think the answer is that it’s a regional and dialectical difference-but the more true & correct pronunciation is the one that sounds like the guttural غ. The hard “r” (ر) is usually associated with foreign/Arab speakers of Hebrew. So if you want to sound more native, try to master the other one. They call it a “trilled R” if you want to look it up online/RU-vid for more info and help. Peace/Salam (Shalom) :)
I'm learning so please correct me, during the 2's is it suppose to be U instead of Ve? I'm asking people who have more knowledge than me on this language? How would you pronounce 22 exactly? ve- or u-
Bhagavad Gita 9.32 All those who take refuge in Me, whatever their birth, race, gender, or caste, even those whom society scorns, will attain the supreme destination.
In Hebrew numbers are represented by letters. For example 1 is א (the first letter), 2-ב (the second letter) and so on till 10 which is י. Tens are represented by following letters כ ל מ נ ס ע פ צ. Hundreds from 100 to 400 are represented by following letters ק ר ש ת. If you'd like to write down number 645 it would be תרמ"ה 400+200+40+5
I thought that 11 = Ahad esre, no Ehad esre... well... is it mistake when we say for eleven "Ahad esre" ? I just found Ahad Esre as 11 in the other lesson (not yours), which one is correct?
I don't mean to be rude, but you didn't add numbers for other males and females, the word is a little different for a male and female that make a huge difference in the word. I really don't mean to hate though, just some advice
Wa4id Echad Ithnan Shtaim Thalatha Shalosh Arba3a Arba Khamsa Hamesh sitta SHESH sab3a Sheva phamania Shmone Tis3a Tesha 3ashara Esar 3eshreen Esreen thalatheen shloshim arba3een arabaim khamseen hameshim Setteen SHISHIM sab3een SHEVA-IM PHAMANEEN Shmonim Tes3een teshim mai-a (or meeia in dialect) Mea and in from 20 to 90 we have wa4id WA 3eshreen esreem ve Echad 3 is the ع and 4 is ح in our arabic-English transliteration.
there is a mistake in this video the number 11 is wrong it is supposed to be ehat esre in its female version or ehad asar in its male version ehad esre is taking a word from the male version and a word from the female version & thats a mistake
I believe you are wrong. As far as I know in standard Hebrew it's actually אַחַת עֶשְׂרֵה ('akhát 'esré) for feminine and אַחַד עָשָׂר ('akhád 'asár) for masculine. In colloquial Hebrew it's either אַחַת עֶשְׂרֵה ('akhát 'esré) or אֶחָד עֶשְׂרֵה ('ekhád 'esré) regardless of gender. "'Ekhát 'esré" and "'ekhád 'asár" are both non-existent, I believe, as are the other three possible combinations.
@@hebrewlearning8892 yes, father Ibrahim came out of Babylon and the nation and language was their at that time was the Assyrian empire and Assyrian language so when Ibrahim cake from Babylon that means he was assyrian, and he used to speak Assyrian but when god told him to leave Babylon he went and took people from him which is now called Jewish.
Jay Bartgis Big similarity all in all but not exactly. If we German speaking people want to say 56, we say first the single number and then the tens ( "sechsundfünfzig" - translation "six and fifty"), so the other way round. It's not so efficient to be honest but that's how it is :)
hey ,if anyone else trying to find out how long to learn to speak hebrew try *Banfan Hebrew Help* ( Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got cool results with it.
