Instructions
1. For the first part of this move, bring your right foot behind your left leg. Bend the right leg at the knee at about a 90 degree angle so that the foot is behind your left knee.
At the same time, do a small hop with your left foot.
2. The second part of the move involves a kick and another hop. Kick the right foot out to the right side by straightening the knee.
At the same time, hop once more on the left foot. Your hop should push you slightly to the left side so that you're moving away from the kick.
3. Continue the move by switching to the other side. To do this, use the right leg that you just kicked out. Bring it to the floor and hop onto it. When you hop, bring your left foot straight behind your right leg.
4. Finish up the step by hopping once more on the right foot while kicking out your left leg. Continue switching from side to side to perform the extended move.
Hands
You can incorporate hand movements with each step to add to your dancing.
Bring both hands in and out with each hop, or move them up and down with each kick. Experiment with different motions to create your own style.
