Just wanted to say, I HIGHLY do not recommend drinking 2 cups of coffee a day if you’re trying to increase your reaction time. Caffeine should be used to supplement your performance, not to make up for the deficit for lack there of. Sleep more, drink water consistently, start incorporating healthier alternatives into your foods (blueberries help a lot for its antioxidants to improve your guts microbiome, which in turn will help improve your mental clarity, and thus, performance). Drink caffeine in smaller dosages WHEN ITS NEEDED, not only will you notice better performance, you avoid becoming reliant on caffeine and requiring it constantly just to try and perform.
Wow your actually knowledgeable but yeah I was going to incorporate everything you said but coffee is just an easier and healthier way to see improvement in reaction time fast. Nothing wrong with coffee and 2 cups of caffe is only 80-100 mg of caffeine not a lot
@@jojfpscoffee is not healthy and the small difference in performance can be made up by training. We aren't Demon1 chances are the small performance boost can be achieved by a DM or 2.
@@munkhjinmunkhbayar5952 brother 2 cups of coffee a day is actually really good for you Drinking coffee in moderation can be part of a healthy diet and may have several health benefits: Reduced risk of disease Moderate coffee consumption may lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver and endometrial cancers, Parkinson's disease, and depression. Improved longevity Drinking coffee may be linked to improved longevity. Reduced risk of cirrhosis Drinking coffee may reduce the risk of cirrhosis, especially if the damage is caused by alcohol. Improved thyroid function Moderate caffeine intake may improve thyroid function in people with metabolic disorders. Antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties Coffee contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce inflammation and protect against disease.
one thing i loved about this editing was at the aspas segment the clips had fast paced hectic music and i was thinking i'd rather something calmer to focus on the game more but then you switched you a calmer slower pace. answered my query instantly and i loved that
@HopefulOrange he does counter strafe every pro does they utilize every form of movement possible you probably saw a clip of him saying counter strafing is not as reliable as it is on cs he is right but there is a time and a place to counter strafe
They jst know the timings. Plus more hertz and better equipments also help a bit. Also some things are genetics something's come naturally some things don't.. it's jst like studying u can be good at some subject but not all
Hey i just wanna thank u for the tip about getting enough sleep. From last week i have been getting 3 hours of sleep. im immortal 3 player from APAC. I used to be very consistent with my aim and reaction time. But since last week ive noticed that im not reacting fast enough like before. I used to get avg 140ms on human benchmark. I tried out again and lowest i was getting was 180ms and even sometimes 200ms which is terrible. After getting enough sleep for past 3 days i am actually able to hit the 140ms mark as avg score and im noticing the change in game too. I thought i should comeback to this vdo to say thx as ive found the ans. Sry eng is not my first language but i hope its understandable 😅
Hey, I’m glad I’ve helped you out and your English is pretty good I understood everything! Good job! So yeah sleep helps reset your brain and all your hormones and helps new nuerons grow and sleeping repairs your cells in your body that’s why getting good sleep has a positive impact on your reaction time. Also 140 ms is fast I’m proud of you currently I’m sitting at 110ms-130ms average!
good video! one question tho is 800x.4 high sens also can you do video about how they move? i see a lot of difference between aspas and others pros. he's always moving edit i mean solely focusing on their movement i just noticed that you have covered a little bit of that in the bideo
drinking caffeine for fps is crazy, it helped me alot in fighting games but when i play valorant it my my aim so shaky maybe that just depends on the person
I feel like if you don't want to buy a wooting or similar keyboard, you could try binding a side mouse button for crouch and learning that to crouch fast, but I suppose that also comes with more accidental presses, but I'm keen to try it out myself.
He is stopping but it’s soo fast and also he isn’t perfect with it there are some blue lines but he strafes which resets bullet innacuracy I have a video coming out Monday or Tuesday really breaking this down so watch out for that
Hey joj first off great video secondly wanted to ask whats a medium sensitivity range like 0.3 to 0.4 or what this is just an example but im sure you know dem digits would love to hear it too for 800 dpi if you may?
please no, osu is a different type of aiming, it doesn't work like that. the only benefit osu will give you is mouse control, but then you're better off practicing in an aim trainer
@@jojfps exactly. i have played osu and cs for 5+ years and osu just doesn't give any benefits except for a bit of moise control. osu uses other types of mechanics
Update! remember me? 15, 250 ms reaction time? Well on 5 hours of sleep today on my pc without ALMOST NO INPUT LAG I REALIZED OTS ACTUALLY 175 AVERAGE IM HIM IM JIM I’ll beat u all one day
Nah I didn’t steal G only the Primmie part I put some of dopais information from the Primmie video he made and I also asked before I even made the video he said it’s alright and the kanpeki part I don’t watch him
@@jojfps Arbiter Studio! They make similar hall effect keebs to the Wooting! They just made a new mouse (I bought that shi ngl 💀) Arbiter Studio Akitsu
nah bro I always got insta 1 tap full running by chinese in hongkong server. Prefire every angle even off angle. No fking 1sec to aim like you said nahh
@@jojfps it's ok, no hate bro, but to be honest primmie's mechanical gameplay is real different, haven't seen anyone like him before, not just raw aim, those are about aim, movements, gamesense, flex-all agents
Bro IM DONE WITH THIS RU-vid RECOMMENDATIONS BRO IF THIS GUYS KNOWS HOW TO AIM LIKE PRIMMIE AND ASPAS OR TEACH TO DO SO HE WOULD BE THE ONE OF THEM LIKE STOP THE BULLSHIT
im sorry you feel that way but teaching someone how someone else plays the game doesn't require you to be at their same level it just requires analysis and I coach people so why not make a video about how they aim
sorry i will do better G I quit and switched back to fortnitw when i hit immo3 and i still have the same knowledge if not better now im boutta be immo again just came back a few weeks ago
@NONAME-uo1st brother you obviously don’t know how Val comp works and you clearly didn’t listen to me say I’ve played in their 3 tournaments and scrims. The key word is played. I’ve scrummed against their 3 teams and I have played in 2 teir 3 tournaments that were not recognized by valorant so don’t have a vlr page also I never claimed to be a tier 3 player so not having a vlr is because I don’t compete anymore and if I really wanted a vlr I would get a team and just pay $100 to get in a nights weekly or play open qualifiers in open challengers anyone can get a vlr
@@jojfps tournaments not recognized by vlr means that they dont have a prizepool over 2500-3000 meaning its not even a mickey mouse LMAO. If anyone can get a VLR and you dont that means you never competed or played in a t3 event. also they stopped doing knights weeklys like 2 years ago damn you might be an ancient relic.
since you dont have a vlr acc im assuming you dont have “tier 3” access to scrims like pracc. man you probably had some diamond gankster/hangout scrims. thats NOT tier3
Damn I guess I can’t help people man do you not realize that top 0.09% of players are only immo 3 or higher Then I can help the other 99.91% of players
Damn I’m sorry I will do better next video I wanted to put out something for Val I have a more in-depth video coming out breaking down aim and movement
