The body roll is a move that's often strung between other moves in a longer piece of choreography or freestyle. It's executed by "lifting" each part of the body, one after another, to create a rolling effect.
Your instructor for this tutorial, David Lee, is an Instructional Designer at STEEZY, dancer, choreographer, teacher, and body roll MASTER - you'll see tons of 'em throughout his choreography. He's also the current Artistic Director for Culture Shock Los Angeles and teaches classes at The Lab Creative Arts Studio and Kinjaz Dojo.
