So riffle stacking is one of the most difficult sleights to learn let alone master
I made this video Hoping to simplify some of the basics of riffle Stacking yet there are more things and ways and stacks to learn i didn't go over those in this video but hopefully someday i may or may not...
I stopped practicing riffle stacking that's why I'm a little rusty but i used to be decent enough at it!
There are even more advanced ways of Stacking cards!
There are 2 shuffle stacks
Even one shuffle stacks!
Which is just mind blowing and extremely difficult to make look like a normal shuffle!
However Nikita kemerovski is literally the only one i know who can do one shuffle stacks and make it look normal! He's extraordinary when it comes to Stacking and other techniques too!
So do check his channel out as well!
And @the_phantom_at_the_card_table on Instagram is also very good at riffle stacking! He's fast hes efficient and just really good so check him out too!
And now important points!
1. Focus on flow too don't ignore it please bad flow can really mess up the illusion
2. Don't hold cards back but slowly riffle them if you hold cards back and not riffle you'll be used to practicing that way and it'll impact your actual performance
3. Watch and learn from others and their demonstrations, start slow you don't have to shuffle at lightning speeds start slow shuffle slow take your time i don't care if it takes an entire minute for you to shuffle but don't break the flow! Then you can gradually speed up in fact you'll gradually speed up without even you knowing!
4. Always square up in the protected position as mentioned in thr GSOH by Steve forte and i also have a video on it!
5. I prefer ending stacking demonstrations with top stock shuffles, preferably those who end with a straight cut
6. Practice slowly and regularly don't skip days otherwise the next time you sir to practice you'll feel like you're starting over all again!
7. Relax, calm down it'll take time if it doesn't take time for you then congratulations! You're entering big leagues quickly! If it does take time for you to learn stacking properly then don't worry too! A lot of people who are practically gods at stacking it took them a lot of time too! So don't be discouraged!
