Our Mission:
Family Phys. Ed. combines the two most important things in life, health and family, into an experience of fun physical activity for the entire family. Our society is plagued with two terrible epidemics, chronic disease and limited quality family time. In an attempt to prevent the two, Family Phys. Ed. takes an upstream, proactive approach before families find it too late to fix. Activities are designed for families to face adversity together and physical challenges which display content of character. The activities inspire families to be physically active, provide opportunities for teachable moments and create forever memories.
