Man I'm glad I came across this video randomly, I play Dragon link on Master duel and this taught me about a few new interactions I didn't know about. Never occurred to me to use Romulus to go into quadborrel and pull Dillingerous that way
Hello Duelist! Glad you liked it. I rarely see people using Dillingerous Dragon, is such a powerful card, Gives you free resources and follow up, 2 extra link ratings entirely for free to make Borrelend Dragon, Accesscode or whatever high rating Link monster you want, it's so busted!
@letsplayygo yeah I've used dillingerous for a while but only after rokket coder came out did I start using it with quadborrel and man that does the trick.
@@letsplayygo1 key interaction is missing -> striker dragon eff target pisty and recharger interaction. This also saves some cards so u have some plays after the combo
Love this video. I have a small suggestion. In combo 3, you could instead of using meteor as a discard save it in hand and wait until you need to summon triple burst use its eff to summon itself by sending driver then summon triple burst using meteor, make borrelend while saving the tracer, use borrelend to neg tracer to summon from gy recharger and make borreload savage. All of that while saving two extra deck spots.
One thing to note is black metal saronir and a discard is levi loop, borrelend, spheres, dis pater, druis, regained, and savage: Do the black metal procedures until you resolve rom and itself the 2nd time. Ravine discard the card and dump absorouter for tracer. Boot into tracer and link for pisty, rom effect to summon meteor and keep it as a 6. Saronir banish tracer and overlay with meteor for atum. Atum detach saro to summon seyfert. Dump lubellion and link seyfert and rom for triple burst. Seyfert add back lubellion to pitch for magnamhut. Pisty summon tracer from banished. Mag summon and banish(anything) and synch with tracer for dis pater. Summon seyfert back and have lube tribute dis pater to place regained, seyfert grab levi by sending lube and use seyfert atum and triple for borrelend. Borrelend summon tracer and summon levi banishing mag at least( and 2 other darks). Levi and pisty for spheres and tracer effect to pop ravine and summon recharger for savage. Ep grab druis and that’s the board
Black metal+any card can end on borrelend, dispater, and savage, so why only end on seals savage? Normal blackmetal combo until ravine search, dicard the extra card for ravine, bootsector, pop boot for recharger, link recharger into pisty, romulus second effect to summon RE meteor from hand, syncro for dispater, dispater summon striker so pisty is live, nirmal borreled combo.

I think Gamma+Meteor package is really bad, the deck doesn't need it to better cause it has aprendo good consistence thanks to metal dragon. The fusion is useless. Hts are very strong this format , the majority of the meta decks can play a lot of them , the same thing is for D link so not playing them is quite bad. You can play the same list pre ban list with the only exception of One for One and three/two saronir, now they are a must You can make the same combo you did throwing away useless thing but with better consistency and more good Hts
Hi Duelist :D. I strongly aggree that we can play the same list pre banlist. About handtraps, it is up to the format/tournament, some formats handtraps can be really good some others not so much, of course the TTT, instant fusion and called by slots are flex slots and you can fit handtraps there as you please, but I didn't feel a real necessity for them in the main deck during the play tests I made, but of course if the format or tournament we're playing changes in a way handtraps are good and highly impactful I would adapt the build towards that purpose. About Black Meteor Dragon + Gamma package being bad I strongly disagree, I tested this package thoroughly and it doesn't hurt the deck's consistency significantly and the reward of gaining an extra extender with BMD is great! It makes your plays go further and breaking boards, way easier, not to mention the card advantage. Dragon Link is super resilient without handtraps, the deck breaks boards pretty well using only its engine and board breakers, also, the Bystials work as handtraps on certain matchups since they are "DD Crow"s for Light and Dark Monsters. I've been playing this deck since 2021 and have done pretty well on my locals and premiere events using this build and builds similiar to this. Hi Duelist :D By the time we published this combo video low impact handtraps were not that great in the format in my personal opinion. Handtraps are great in certain formats in some others not so much, we preferred using board breakers and more versatile cards like TTT in order to break through boards, not mention the deck's natural high resilience to interuptions in general (specially low impact ones). Instant fusion is used to summon Millennium Eyes Restrict, to prevent us from taking high impact handtraps like droll & lock bird, it is also really good going 2nd because it also interacts with monsters on the field whenever the opponent triggers monster effects.
