Why on earth would anyone ever do this? I've been driving 40 years and never heard of this. Seems very dangerous. There will almost always be people behind you. Just turn around in a parking lot. When did they start requiring this on a driver's test?

Learning to drive and I need to back into my driveway like that. I can’t figure if I have to turn left or right and do you bring turn the steering wheel all the way?

It’s Ya girl Because I had heard that they “stopped teaching the reverse around a corner maneuver”. And me not understanding why they would even need to teach that, led me here. But honestly this is like teaching someone how to turn left... If you can’t figure it out you don’t deserve to be behind a wheel.
