Mark thank you for all the shorts, 10 - 15 min drills and lessons on you're channel. You have helped my game out so much. Thank you for all the content and knowledge 🙏
Always enjoy your work and videos, Mark. Watching this one, and focusing on your set-up at address, I noticed something that I've begun to think is the single most important element of a good & simple & repeatedly swing, and that I wish I'd known 30 years ago (as it would've saved my so many and varied 'compensations'), i.e. your right elbow is pointed roughly at -- and down towards -- your right hip, as opposed to pointing off to the side/behind you and 'parallel' to the ground. When I can remember to set up like that, my club seems to stays on plane easily and automatically on the backswing, and when I don't it doesn't.
This drill reminds me of it a little bit of the Tour Striker training aid. You swing the tour striker like a normal club, but if you don't hit the sweet spot the ball will go way off to the side. Thoughts on it Mark?
