One thing I do that has helped tremendously is visualization. Well first I learned every word of salat. Used flash cards. Audio on repeat. Used the words in every day life. Whatever it took. After that visualizations. For example. Like anumtha alayhim. ‘Those who Allah favors’. I imagine Nuh عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ ship. Or a cave. Where the sleepers of the cave were. Different example. Maghdoobeh. ‘Those who’s Allahs wrath is on.’ I picture the people of Luts city getting smashed by Jibreel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ. Many examples to use
Subhanallah. Thank you sheikh. Early this morning, I asked Allah in my sujood, "Ya Allah, I want to have khushoo in my solah. Teach me ya Allah. Teach me how to have khushoo. Let me find a teacher who can teach me how to, ya Rahman." Then few hours letter.. booommm.. Allah let me see this video. Subhanallah. I tried so hard to find a video about solah but nothing best than this one. And I'm crying now. Thank you again
What blew me away was the part of sajda when you mentioned that Shaitan refused to bow while we do and it makes him remember his refusal to prostrate to Adam AS. I also love the fact about sitting to have conversation with our Lord in the sitting in between the sajda. Alhamdulillah Robil Aalamin for being a Muslim.
I don't know if this will help, but I am a medical doctor who has gone through many oral examination. And so before I pray, I stand in my mat and feel like I am in another place and imagine the light of Allah infront of me looking at every move I make. This has helped me through the years. I pray it will help you all too

The symbolism of sitting in front of Allah SWT after sujood. SubhanAllah. I also can't wait (I'll be signing up inshaa Allah) to know the meaning of what I'm saying. For example, I memorised the tashahhud as a kid and have read of the meanings- however never in depth and I definitely have felt I'm missing out during Salah. Time to take the action and change that inshaa Allah!
Salam aleikum, one tip I heard is to concentrate while making wudu. Doing it well, focusing on it can help focusing during salah as well in shaa Allah.

Salamullah alaika sheikh. Jazakallah khair for helping us to know better in our salat. We ask Allah (AWJ) to help us to do better in salat. Another tip would be to challenge ourselves during salat to gain the Love of Allah( ONLY HIM going beyond Jannah which is our ultimate goal). Sheikh you're giving us Ma' rifa( knowledge and tips). The next steps for us( audience) will be to do Tadabuur( Thinking and Analysing) and Tadbeeq( Applying mindfulness of Allah) to different aspects of life. Wafaqana Allah wa iyaakum. Ameen

Assalamu alaikum, Remembering the Names of Allahﷻ in Salah And feeling this Gratitude helps as in 1) Riyad-us-Saleheen Hadith No. 1422 (O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner).” so to Worship Allah in an Excellent manner you need to remember him and to remember someone you need to know them and knowing Allah is through his Names and each name connects to one of your blessing for example when we get back up from Rukoo we say "Allah hears all praise" which is in relation to As-Samee' ( The All hearing and the one who is Always hearing ) which makes you feel grateful for your hearing. 2) And Also focusing down on 1 single part in the prater Mat/Ground which slowly makes you forget the surroundings and the only thing you are able to focus now is what you say and what you do 3) And also to spend more time in sujood like you mentioned, for when you open up to someone really close to you like your friend or family member, tears start coming down out of your eyes, What about Allah the one who has always been Loving you and taking care of you, and has blessed you so much 4) Lastly, to look at those who have less than us especially the orphans and the refugees, softens the heart and makes you feel happy and grateful
