Wonderful knowledge sharing... I am working in IT.. and I used to search for excel tutorials some time.. but I never found such a nice explained video in very minimal duration. Now I started seeing this guy's videos even if I don't need that tutorials for any purpose. Because I know the new unknown ideas may help me later and worth watching as videos are very short.. and really very short without missing any details 🙂

Match column H1 should lock, otherwise while dragging the formula to bottom will get N/A values.

Hai , i have followed your table and create the same . However, i haven't got the result. Because, the dropdown list which you have shown only 03 cells and avoid Name . How did you select that .While i have selected thru Data validation i could not select the those particular 03 and i got error message. since you have not show the drop down list part i have no idea whether you have create any match function in the drop down list. Please advise.
