I really admire all your lessons. On this one, I wish we had just a few examples of each conjugated pronomial verb in context. I realize that you needed to keep this brief. But a few example sentences showing how these are used, how they are different from their non-pronomial counterparts, would help. For example, andarsene versus andare; aversela versus avere. Also, do not compare, for example, “avercela” and “avere”, they have nothing to do with each other meaning wise. Pronominal verbs are independent verbs just like other verbs you would normal use! “Avercela” significa “essere arrabbiati con qualcuno”. Hi Lucrezia, love your videos. I’m trying to take my Italian learning more seriously this year and your videos are a great help :) I had a question you or someone in the comments might be able to help with. When I was on holiday in Sicily a waitress spoke to us in English and wished us a “good continuation” after serving us our food. This isn’t incorrect but sounds a little odd in English. I think the equivalent phrase in Italian is “buon proseguimento”, but could you maybe explain how this phrase is used in Italian or what a better English translation might be? Also no criticism meant to the waitress she was very nice and spoke a lot better English than I can speak Italian.
