I am Greek and I know that Greek and Italian accent are almost the same. So it is so easy for me to pronounce their names! I completely understand why Gianluca got mad! Hahaha so cuteee!

I'm sure this is a ganglion ( gang-glee-uh n) cyst. It usually does not cause a problem unless it causes pain then it can be removed. Hoped this helped.
