I'm so old-school, I wish i could listen to 'Neo Soul' and enjoy hearing all of the backdoor modulations that the kids seem to like hearing. The problem is that us old heads were doing this before it was called 'neo soul' ( And before most o y'all were born ) but we still enjoy watching the youth dig those modulations in music as WE did when we were younger. Good video, man. Keep up the good work.
Amazing Job Sir. Please I want you to make a video on how you developed your ear. I believe that's the real secret to breaking down all these amazing stuffs.
U r not a Pastor or choir director so u would not understand it's what's in the heart find a way to talk to this young man before u Judge to see what's in his heart on his relationship with Jesus
If I were a pastor or a choir director, I would never ever let this guy play worship, regards of who he is. God is not a repecter of a person. The idea to play an exersive fancy chord just to prove that you're a pro is getting out of hand within the black church musicians. This is a classic hallelujah song, and this guy thought it's best to play chords that defeat's the essence of worship in church? I don't care how talented or gifted you are if you can't humble yourself before God and play chords that compliment the song you're playing go home. The ultimate gold is to amplifier the glory of God with our praise and worship through songs
Lol and who says playing fat chords doesn't glorify God ? And who says that what he player doesn't complement the essence of worship ? I think you just need to change your mindset and that will be all. Content building and content expressions are pivotal substances to worship in music so long as the player plays by inspiration. It's not about pro level,it's about discerning the heart to know that he's playing out by inspiration under a grace that exalted him to that level. Imagine If this gift was in the World ? What would u say ? Pls change your mindset 🙏. Thank you
@kamogelokamowmow5608 Who are you to tell me what not to listen to? Are you okay? I don't need to be a musician to know that the chords he played are utter rubbish.
