Hi Michael - I think that's fantastic that you are going for your General and that you want to know more about CW. This box is more of a tool to supplement your learning program. If you want to learn CW, this box will not train you. Rather it is a platform you can use to practice what you learn. If you want to learn CW, do an internet search for "Long Island CW Club" or "CW Ops CW Academy". They offer free classes. You might also try using cell phone apps to begin learning your letters. I hope this helps.

Honestly, I bet they would assemble one for you if you reached out to them via their support email. If you do follow that suggestion and they say no, I'll help you out. But yes, it would be nice if they sold a few already assembled. I bet they could find some volunteers to put them together. Not sure if they could handle the work load that it would demand themselves, though, since it's just a 2 man show.

Have you talked to the developers via their support page? Your comment seems a bit harsh considering it works as advertised for everybody I've talk to. What are you trying to do?

@@RedSummitRF We sorted this out with a couple emails. The solution to the "Web Serial API not supported" is to use Chrome.

Also can turn it into a hot spot (see manual) and log into it with your cell phone for on the fly changes.
