Learn Nunchaku #4: Hyper Style Basics (Ninja Circus Style)

Nunchaku is fun and creative. Lots of ways to move the chucks

This style is so much fun! Little tip though, when you're doing a redirect with something other than your hands, try to move into the rotation of the nunchucks as you're moving the nunchucks into you rather than just one or the other. Especially with the bicep redirects, that elbow hurts really bad after hitting it with even the chain or the stud a bunch of times.

Love your videos. They are very instructional, especially for a beginner like myself. I have had my nunchaku for four days now and after watching your videos I have progressed majorly. My friends are amazed at my progress. Keep it up. Add me to your 100 learners list.

hey man i greatly enjoy ur vids but when I came across this one something came to my attention...(im just a practitioner) so I noticed this video didn't mention the difference of the distance of the nunchaku you are holding because when doing passes to the other hand the held nunchaku is close but in hyper style it seems to be further away for bouncing...if im on to something then you might want to stress the distance kept away from your body so that bouncing in the "table" position with the elbows out you dont keep the chuck close for it might wrap around and knock u in the head... just thoughts lemme know what u think
