My best friend’s HCG was 2000 at 7 ,5 weeks. MTX was sadly not successful. She needed surgery afterwards. Hopefully this helps all students to always check for an ectopic pregnancy and that from beginning and even after they think there was a miscarriage. Check and track the HCG and progesterone .
